1. Membership Requirements
To access Fitlife Gym facilities, you must maintain an active membership. Memberships are non-transferable and require valid identification and payment information. All members must comply with gym policies, including dress code, equipment usage, and safety guidelines.

2. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment. This includes proper use of equipment, maintaining personal hygiene, and respecting other members and staff. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misuse of facilities may result in disciplinary action.

3. Termination and Suspension
Fitlife Gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these terms, including non-payment, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with safety protocols. Terminated members may be barred from rejoining and may forfeit any prepaid fees.
Members may cancel their membership with 30 days' notice, subject to the terms of their payment plan.
4. Liability and Safety
Members use Fitlife Gym facilities at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from gym activities, except in cases of gross negligence. Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in gym activities.
